Taco Biscuit Bites

2 cans 10 count biscuits 1 pkg Taco Seasoning 4 oz Diced Green Chiles 1 lb Pork Sausage 2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 2 MINI muffin pans with cooking spray. Mix uncooked sausage, taco seasoning, green chiles, and cheese until well blended. Shape into 40 round balls of equal size. Remove biscuits from package and separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making 40 biscuits total. Press 1 layer into each muffin cup and place sausage ball in each. Bake 10-12 min or until biscuits are brown and sausage balls are bubbly. |
